When I thought up this cocktail I giggled. I mean how could you not? Marshmallow chicks & bunnies float happily on a sprinkle speckled martini…
I hope this colorful & whimsical drink makes you chuckle too. Better yet, I hope you want to try a Peek-a-Boo Cocktail, now. Serve it for kicks & for Easter gatherings…we will!
So why did I name this Peek-a-Boo (#10 in my Telluride Ski Runs Cocktail Series)? Well for one thing…little creatures peek at you while you sip this libation.
Secondly, this is the name of an intermediate trail here in Telluride, CO. Skiers access this fun blue run via the main chairlift #4. Here’s the map so you can acclimate…
Things start to get pretty fizzy quickly when you add the sprinkles & marshmallow buddies to this cocktail…
Speaking of little animals. Our Moose pup comes home from 8 weeks of bootcamp today! We are beyond excited to welcome him home. I mean. BEYOND!
Never thought I would try cotton candy vodka. But apparently I was wrong…Here is in all it’s glory!
We always have IZZE sparkling juices in the fridge…so they had to be a part of this fun! Choose your favorite flavors. Most should work with the cotton candy vibe.

Peek-a-Boo Martini
Ingredients
- 2 ounces Pinnacle Cotton Candy Vodka
- 4 ounces IZZE Sparkling Juice
- colorful sprinkles
- marshmallow bunnies & chicks
Method
- Add vodka to a chilled martini glass. Top with IZZE soda. Embellish with marshmallow animals & sprinkles.

This is basically the martini of my SOUL.
I do not believe I have ever seen a happier cocktail Marla! Perfect timing with our big snow dump for the weekend. It gives hope for Spring!
