  1. So gorgeous! What better way than starting the day with such a healthy breakfast! I am heading over to check out the recipe. 🙂 thanks for sharing.

  2. Ok guess what I have coming Monday morning…an overnight pumpkin breakfast bake. Just telling you now…lol I’ve had it sitting in my drafts for a month and figure I better post it before pumpkin season is over.

And yours is of course, beautiful!

  3. Oh, Marla…between your love of pumpkin and applesauce I might a girl crush on you. As always, it looks awesome! I have some steel cut oatmeal I’ve been looking to use up, too!

    1. Hope you get to enjoy this breakfast bake this weekend ~ the bonus is how much leftovers you will have for the busy week ahead. ALWAYS a BIG bonus in my book 😉

    1. I agree with you Kirsten, there is a certain kind of magic in a streusel topping. A little crisp, crunch and sweetness is undeniably happy food. Anything to cut down on teenage moodiness would be a great bonus! Hopefully this works out for you 😉

  4. Marla you never disappoint. I’m on the pumpkin train too, diving headlong into the season. I love the idea of incorporating it for breakfast and will hop over to Attune next. I need to say how much I love visiting your blog visually. It is such a warm, welcoming, vibrant place. If it were a house, I’d move in gladly!

  5. This will be one of my weekend taste testers, it looks so good, good for you, and filling! I cant wait to treat my tastebuds.

  6. I was looking for something to make for my mother who loves pumpkin pie and really anything that has pumpkin in it. I think she will LOVE this! I am going to give it a try this weekend and if all goes well, I will make it for her next time I visit.

    Thanks!
