Blueberry Beauty Smoothie

 1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (dark or light ones)
 1/2 cup unsweetened grapefruit juice
 1 frozen banana
 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
 1 cup light unsweetened coconut milk (I like the canned for this)
 juice from 1/2 orange
 1/2 inch peeled ginger
 1 teaspoon honey

Soak the chia seeds in the grapefruit juice for 20 minutes. Blend all ingredients on a smoothie setting. Serve immediately.
