Blueberry Whipped Cream

 1 pint Heavy Whipping Cream
 1/2 cup Frozen Blueberries, roughly chopped, let thaw 1/2 way
 1 teaspoon Natural Blueberry Flavoring adjust to taste
 Powdered Stevia or Powdered Sugar to taste

Add the heavy cream to your mixer with the whisk attachment. Whip on medium speed until the cream starts to thicken. Sweeten to taste & add blueberry flavoring. Increase the speed gradually to high until stiff peaks from. Add the partially thawed blueberries & whip some more until you have stiff peaks again.
