The kids have their unicorn drink…now it’s time for us to have an adult version too. Boozy Unicorn Milkshakes are all you could ever dream of. Way more fun for happy hour than the bev you get at the local coffee shop.
In your blender, blend the vanilla ice cream with milk & vodka until you have desired consistency. Divide the shake in two. Color 1/2 with the pink and the other with the blue.
Pour one color into each Champagne flute, then top each glass with the other color.
Top the shakes with whipped cream, marshmallows and sprinkles.
