Pepperoni Mozzarella Grilled Cheese

Adding cheese makes the world go round. Melting & crisping it all in a sauté pan with butter? Priceless.

 2 pieces Whole Grain or Gluten Free Bread
 5 pieces Pepperoni
 2 ounces Mozzarella or your favorite Cheese
 Butter
Sides
 Rainbow Carrots
 Lemon Pepper Popcorn

Melt butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Assemble sandwich with pepperoni & cheese. Heat until bread is golden brown & cheese is melted, flipping half way through.
