Quick Mango Oatmeal

I made this quick & easy breakfast to make me smile. It’s healthy & super delish.

 1/2 cup Irish oatmeal or old-fashioned oatmeal
 1 tablespoon unrefined coconut oil
 1 tablespoon agave or honey
 pinch of salt
 1/2 cup frozen mango pieces
 2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes

Heat the oatmeal with 3/4 - 1 cup water for a minute (high setting) in the microwave. Mix in the coconut oil, sweetened & salt. Top with mango. Heat another 2 minutes in the microwave. Top with coconut flakes.
