This festive cocktail will be the hit at any holiday party....or any time at all!
Rim an old fashioned glass with salt. Add some ice cubes to the glass.
Fill a cocktail shaker half way with ice. Add the pomegranate juice, tequila and lime juice. Shake well.
Strain the cocktail into the salted glass. Top with Champagne, pomegranate arils and a lime wedge.
Serve immediately.
