  9. My grandson and I made the chocolate peanut butter fudge for Grandpa for Christmas. It was a huge hit! It had to hidden, or everyone else woUlm have eaten it up!

  13. Our favorite Family Fresh recipe is the Apple Oatmeal breakfast cookies. My kids love the idea of having cookies for breakfast, and it’s something they’ll actually EAT!

  14. I’m preparing for a body building competition right now so almost EVERY recipe is looking SO yummy to me right now. I’m bookmarking so many of them to make after the competition. I did try several of the Kale recipes and they ROCKED! Had to make some adjustments due to my diet but yummy all the same.

  16. My favorite Family Fresh Cooking recipe is Baked Japanese Pumpkin with Shortribs. We have those Japanese pumpkin grown in our backyard, they are sweet and delicious. Your pumpkin oatmeal sounds great, would like to make it.

In my attempts to eat better and return to a reasonable weight I’ve enjoyed but never considered making quinoa myself. Needing more fruit, grains, and lettuce in my diet – This is it! Thanks.
