Hopefully you guys survived Thanksgiving with grins, giggles, memories and lots of leftovers! Sometimes I enjoy post celebration feasts even more than the big day.

Nothing like sitting down to a delicious meal that is at the ready when you are.

We love fluffy quinoa, it takes no time at all to cook & is energetic food. Alternatively you could use leftover stuffing.

All you need to do to create your very own Thanksgiving in a Jar is layer all of your holiday leftovers in a mason jar.

You will need some turkey + cranberry sauce.

Mashed sweet potatoes. Don’t forget the gravy too.

You can also use mashed potatoes, or scalloped potatoes for that matter.

  1. So cute. At Thanksgiving dinner, my family makes fun of how I’ll try and get a little bit of everything on my fork when I take a bite. But that’s the best way–all the flavors and textures are amazing together! I think I’d make mine “Thanksgiving in a bowl” though–I don’t have any jars big enough for all the things I’d want to add! 🙂
