I’m currently in Alaska having the best time ever. Yesterday I was on a helicopter tour of the Mendenhall Glacier. Talk about EPIC views…OMG! This trip is right up my alley with all these mountains, rocks & snow!!     Before I head out on my next adventures today I wanted to share this amazing cocktail with you….     Have you ever had an Aperol Spritz? It’s a classic aperitif cocktail in Italy and certainly a refreshing drink that should be enjoyed here in the good old USA.     You don’t even need a cocktail shaker for this one. All you need is some bubbly (Proscecco or Champagne) a bottle of Aperol, soda water & ice. You can use any ratio of ingredients you like, but the classic cocktail calls for 3 parts Prosecco, 2 parts Aperol & 1 part soda water.
