I can’t believe I found a recipe for this! I was never a fan of mushrooms, but now that is all I want to eat. With the weather getting colder, I definitely will be trying it out.
I would love to have it from time to time, but is there a healthier replacement for the heavy cream? I can see how it adds the creaminess to this, but I would feel guilty after a while 🙁
