Great for any season and for all kinds of indoor and outdoor entertaining!
Think beyond tortillas, have bowls handy too, for hungry folks who don’t eat carbs. They can make a Tex-Mex salad bowl with or without the rice. Have some various protein at the ready also some vegan options (tofu sofritas)
