Recipe: Greek Flatbread with Tzaziki Sauce

 2 store bought flatbreads
 1/2 pound ground turkey (light & dark meat combo)]
 1 tablespoon lemon zest
 1 teaspoon garlic powder
 a few pinches of salt
 splash of grape seed oil
toppings
 1 thinly sliced roma tomato
 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
 1/3 cup pitted & sliced kalamata olives
 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese
 extra virgin olive oil
Tzaziki Sauce

In a medium saucepan over medium heat sauté the ground turkey for 6-7 minutes, cook until browned.

Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees fahrenheit with the rack in the middle. Brush the flatbread with some olive oil. Layer with ground turkey, sliced tomato, red onion and feta. Bake for 8 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with olives.

While the flatbread is baking, make the Tzaziki Sauce.
