3 ounces pomegranate juice
3 ounces Pimm's Blackberry & Elderflower liqueur
1.5 ounces Tanqueray Gin
top with sparkling water
ice
fresh blackberries
fresh mint sprigs

Prepare the blackberry skewers. Add a few ice cubes to a pretty cocktail glass.

Add some ice to a cocktail shaker, shake the pomegranate juice, Pimm's & gin. Strain into the cocktail glass. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with blackberry skewers & mint.
