2 ounces half and half
1.5 ounces Patron XO Cafe tequila
.5 ounce Disaronno Amaretto
plenty of ice
a few espresso beans for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker 1/2 way with ice. Add the half and half, tequila, amaretto and a splash of water. Shake well.

Strain into chilled martini glasses. Top with a few espresso beans.
