I’ve been sharing some Baking Basics with you lately and in this recipe, we use two of them: Creme Patisserie (Pastry Cream) and Pâte Sucrée (Sweet Pastry Dough) Combining all these basics together and adding raspberries makes the most delicious French dessert.
