It has been such a glorious winter here in Telluride, CO. The snow has been awesome & the skiing amazing!
This is #7 in my Telluride Ski Runs Cocktail Series. I love creating cocktail recipes based off the names & character of our ski runs.
Little Rose is a beauty! She is a double diamond ski run tucked way up high on the mountain top…accessed off of lift 14. Instead of heading straight into Revelation Bowl, take a quick right & enjoy this long run down the hill. Truth is, when I first started skiing, Little Rose scared the heck out of me! Today she’s a favorite!
My Little Rose Cocktail is a charming blend of rosé wine, triple sec & white tequila. Garnish the edge of the glass with some salt or sugar if you wish. A combo of both would be lovely!
This pretty drink would be gorgeous to share with your Valentine & any time at all!
