How are you all feeling after a gigantic week of eating huge amounts of Thanksgiving food? I took a small break & drank Green Smoothies and Kale Lemonade over the weekend. Now I’m feeling great & ready to recipe test for (gasp) Christmas! Some how my recipe for Perfect Pecan Pie did not make to MM blog in time for Turkey Day, but it’s here now. Don’t resist…..get in your kitchen and get baking. This pie is beyond!
A while back I posted my recipe for All-Butter Pastry & Pie Crust. It’s my favorite & I make this all the time. I always have extra in the freezer for impromptu pies.
