I am so happy to see a Mexican salad that does NOT have cilantro in the dressing. Or anywhere. I’m one of those people that hates anything cilantro (no, it doesn’t taste like soap, I just don’t like it) and get tired of switching it out. Definitely trying it!
Ha! I’m glad that I can offer you an alternative dressing. I did add some cilantro sprigs as garnish…but easily replaceable with fresh italian parsley or nothing 🙂
