Recipe: Margarita Popcorn

 12 cups popped popcorn
 6 tbsp unsalted butter
 3 tbsp granulated sugar
 1 tsp kosher salt
 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
 2 tbsp lime zest

In a saucepan melt the butter over medium heat. Stir in the sugar, salt and lime juice. Continue to cook until the sugar dissolves.

Toss the popcorn with this mixture, combine well making sure to coat all the popcorn. Toss with the lime zest.
