A few weeks ago I shared my experience and photos from one of the most glamorous events I have ever attended. Â For those of you who might have missed my first post Alice in Wonderland Garden Tea Party: OC Style go ahead and check that out first. Â Then come on back over here to see the rest. Â This event was a dynamic sensory extravaganza full of beauty.
This fundraiser was held to benefit the library for a private school in Southern California.  There were about 40 tables at the event.  We were perched high above the Pacific Ocean on the grounds of a beautiful home in Newport Coast. Each table had it’s own hostess and each lady decorated based on the Alice in Wonderland theme.
I could hardly talk to anyone as I ran around taking photos of all the eye candy. Â Every table was unique and reflected the whims and fanciful visions of it’s hostess.
Remember the phenomenal table that my friend created??
Here is more to feast your eyes on.
There was so much to gaze upon!
Every color of the rainbow was equally represented.
I want this day back now…….
A most perfect moment in paradise!
WOW! What a fun event!
As if the view wasn’t enough to gaze upon… those table arrangements OMG just gorgeous! Both equally breathtaking, I don’t blame you for wanting to relive that experience.
Marla;
Your photos are fabulous and the party was beyond belief. I enjoyed the photos as there was sooooooooooo much to “take in” at the party, overwhelming , mind boggling, etc. etc. etc. The girls worked very hard on all the decor and it was sublime!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I love the colors, truly a Alice in wonderland luncheon.
Eye candy indeed! Everything is so vibrantly colorful and beautiful!
Cheers,
Rosa

I continue to be absolutely floored by this party! It is going to have to be my next theme party. It’s just too colorful to pass up the opportunity to create things with this theme!
This is truly tantalizing to the eyes! I love these parties that you attend. Also love the view from the infinity pool.
Wow, Marla. My eyes are tearing up because I’m all cross-eyed right now! I don’t know where to look first, so I’m soaking in everything at once! What a gorgeous, stunning scenery!

This is such a gorgeous post, Marla! It’s got it all — beauty, whimsy, stunning color, and so much eye candy! What more could a girl want? 😉
I lived in that area for a few years (Balboa Island, in Newport Beach) and I can just imaginen how “over-the-top” it must have been; the photos clearly show this amazing extravagance and the setting is unbelievable; I can’t believe I left all this to come to Texas. It is so beautiful love the Pacific.
I want! I wish I had seen that. So gorgeous!
I cannot even imagine going to an event like this, Marla! I would be hyperventilating and would probably have to call an ambulance. What gorgeous photos and what an incredible – INCREDIBLE extravaganza. I truly cannot even really imagine how it all works.
