Sweet potatoes have a reputation as an energy-packed superfood, but around here they are a favorite food no matter what the season. We’ve up’ed the game here, taking them to the highest level. With a thick layer of pecan crumble you’ll crave this recipe on your holiday table & likely for breakfast too! I was snacking on this Brown Butter Sweet Potatoes with Nut Crumble in the afternoon with a cup of coffee.
We took all of our favorite ingredients and baked them into one casserole, brown butter, maple syrup, sweet potatoes and pecans seasoned with cinnamon spice. Be sure to add this to your holiday menu!
