Happy Friday ya’ll!!!
Hope you had a fantastic week! I’m counting down the seconds to our annual July 4th Town Parade here in Telluride, CO. I’ll be bringing a BIG cooler with these margaritas, these kebabs and this Cherry Cobbler with Maple Oat Topping. It’s going to be an epic parade this year with bright sunshine and heaps of people lining the streets of our small mountain town. When the fighter jets fly over for the kick off I get serious goosebumps. This place is like no other this time of the year!
Tomorrow I’ll post our picks for The Most Delicious July 4th Menu. Stay tuned for that!
Here’s my Facebook Live demo with step by step instructions on how to make this cobbler….
How cute is that girl? All the folks will be dressed in their red, white & blue finery!
Use summer freshest, ripest cherries in this recipe. I made sure the cobbler topping (my favorite part) is healthier than the usual. Dig in as is or serve with homemade whipped cream or a la mode.
Enjoy! xx
