My friends and family are always happy to be taste testers and they LOVED my Chipotle Lime Steak Kebabs with Cilantro Lime Rice recipes. We all agree that this would be the BEST menu to serve on July 4th! Not hosting a party for the 4th? No worries, this is also a tasty, nourishing meal for any night of the week. Wow Marla I had no idea lime juice would literally turn rice a yummy green! I thought at first maybe it was combines with avocado, I mean it is with chipotle after all. ;P

The cilantro adds all the color. You can add some lime zest for even more color & lime flavor though!
