  1. I have been wanting to try out Chia in other foods and it looks like Mamma Chia has some great recipes in her new cookbook! Thanks for the opportunity to win this great cookbook! 🙂

  2. I use chia seeds all of the time in smoothies – usually 1 tablespoon. You can’t taste it but it definitely makes the smoothie more filling.

    1. It’s true ~ I could not taste it in these shakes either. I could hardly see the chia too once it was blended. A genius way to thicken ~ I agree!

  3. no i have never cooked with chia seeds, but look forward to learning! i have had it in a smoothie or tea once quite a long time ago. thanks 🙂

  4. I have cooked with chia before. I have used it as an egg substitute, thrown it in my smoothies, and added it to granola, but it has been a while since I did any of those. Thanks for the reminder to use it again.

  5. I love to bake with chia. I add chia to my eggs all the time. I sneak them into my son’s grilled cheese. We love chia in our house! Would love that cookbook!

  6. I have only ever added them to smoothies but I LOVE the idea of an avacado-chia dip – anything with avocados and I am there!

  7. This looks great. I’ve been wondering how to incorporate chia seeds into our diet. I can’t wait to try this.
