You guys know how I am obsessed with berries right? All kinds of berries. They get my love singularly and i’ll pair ’em up any which way too. Gimme strawberries, raspberries, blueberries & blackberries every minute of each day and i’ll be your best friend. Forever.
It’s a perfect fit that I have teamed up with the folks at Driscoll’s to bring you these delightful Chocolate Covered Strawberries.  I present this recipe to you for a few reasons: it is a super healthy treat, really simple to prepare and a GREAT activity to do with your kids. Let’s not forget how elegant these berries would be at any party or celebration.
Please head over to Driscoll’s to get the recipe & to check out my blog post…..
Oh sooooo much fun to be had….and lots of finger licking moments too!
Have a go at making Chocolate Covered Strawberries this weekend!

Delightful, I’m sure, but unfortunately I don’t like chocolate covered fruits… 😉
Cheers,
Rosa
Too bad miss Rosa ~ sounds like you gotta enjoy the berries & the chocolate separately……
One of my favorite uses for spring strawberries! I can’t wait till they start to come in season here. Straight off the vine is my favorite way to eat them, but strawberry pie and chocolate covered ones are close seconds!
I agree Grace ~ sooooo many ways to enjoy these perfect berries!
Oh my, these strawberries are huge!! Love the sprinkles!
How cute are these? Love them!
Looks delish!
I LOVED your post for Driscoll’s. Chocolate covered strawberries would be in my top 10 foods. I just can’t get enough of them, and your STUNNING photos do every single delectable bite justice. Thanks for another great article.
Fabulous photos, Marla! I totally agree that we should all indulge in these year-round. They’re such a guilt-free pleasure and don’t need to be reserved just for Valentine’s Day!
Such a fun dipping project. I bet your son was in chocolate and sprinkles heaven! 😉
Berries, chocolate and sprinkles!! Everything delish in one recipe makes my heart pitter-patter 🙂
These look so delicious, I love your photos!
They’re beautiful!
Is there any special kind of chocolate to use? Thank you.
Hi Tammy…I like to use Scharffen Berbger dark chocolate…but there are quite a few brands we enjoy. All depends if you like white, dark or milk chocolate. I tend to go 70% or higher 🙂
These are ADORABLE. Such a cute idea, Marla! You are so creative with your recipes and I love the pops of color!!
Thanks Amie! A super fun little cooking project 🙂
Gorgeous 🙂 such a perfectly fun treat!
Can you please tell me who makes the girl’s dress? I LOVE it and would like to buy it! Many thanks! Marie
Hi Marie! That dress is from Rachel Riley 🙂
Thank you so much! Sadly, I don’t see it on her website but perhaps I can send it to her to see if there’s any chance I can get it…of course if it’s a child’s dress then I’m out of luck but I won’t know unless I try! 😀
Yes, I bought that patterned dress quite a few years ago. She changes the items seasonally. I loved that circus print!
Well, I’ve got to keep trying, somehow, but thank you, Marla. I am so jealous that you’ve got that dress! ♥ I’ll bet it’s adorable in person!
