I love Coconut Macaroons this time of the year. They are completely delicious, simple to prepare and great for cookie exchanges and holiday gifts. This is a basic recipe and begged to be eaten as is or dipped in your favorite chocolate. You can even chocolate dip them & then dip again into crushed candy canes, sprinkles, chopped dried fruits or crystallized ginger. The sky’s the limit!
These are perfect dunkers for coffee and hot cocoa too. Another great thing about these macs are they are grain free and gluten free for those that are looking for that kind of treat!
