I love scones no matter what the season and no matter what time of the day it is. They are a great grab & go breakfast, perfect for brunch, delicious with a cup of coffee to perk you up in the afternoon…and even dang tasty as a bedtime snack. Around here we are chocolate lovers, so these Double Chocolate Scones are the best choco fix. I made these beauties with whole wheat pastry flour to make them a bit more healthy and added buttermilk to add to the crumbly texture.
