I love french fries as much as the next gal…but let’s be honest, you can’t eat them every day without feeling just a wee bit guilty. Great news though, now you can now with my Healthy Oven Fries. These fries are baked and not deep fried, so you get all the flavor without the heaviness of the frying. I love these mini Purple Passion potatoes, but you can also use Russet or fingerlings. Feel free to experiment with your favorite potatoes.
