Calling all bourbon lovers! This cocktail is perfect for cozy winter happy hour by the fire. A splash of apple liqueur adds a sweet &Β fruity zinger! Named Henry’s Cocktail after one of my all time favorite bump runs in Telluride. I could totally picture a “Henry” sipping this by the fire. Or a “Marla” or maybe you! Henry’s is one of my favorite ski runs in Telluride! It’s located off of chair 5 & is the perfect, pretty steep warm up bump run. I usually hit this double blue on my warm ups & then again at the end of the day. It’s amazing how different it feels once I have my “legs” on! So what’s in a Henry’s Cocktail anyways? Oh I’m so very glad you asked! Some Makers Mark bourbon (or your favorite bourbon), a good splashΒ of apple liqueur, ginger beer, club soda & top it all with fresh apple slices & a hit of spicy ground cinnamon. Warming flavors for chilly nights. Speaking of chilly (and fun!) ….I’m heading off to Davos/Klosters Switzerland today! I’m soon excited. I’ll be doing some backcountry ski touring with my pals at Alpenglow Ski Safaris. Follow me over on Instagram for up to the minute photos. Hope you have a most wonderful weekend! xo For Recipe Details Click Here More Bourbon Cocktails to Try! coming soon! ]]>
