Calling all winter lovers, these Jack Frost Martinis are beckoning to be served at your holiday parties. This is the winter version of the Pina Colada and it’s oh so good. How beautiful is this blue color? I go into a dreamy state gazing it! Coconut and pineapple are married together in this frosty cocktail. Is Jack Frost nipping at your nose yet? We are waiting for some snow action here in Colorado. Fingers crossed for storms sometime really soon. In the meantime, we’ll sip on some of these beauties and do the snow dance.
