a good splash of ginger beer
a good splash of club soda

Add ice, apple liqueur & bourbon to a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a chilled old fashioned glass with ice. Top with ginger beer & club soda. Garnish with apple slices & some ground cinnamon.
