These chicken wings sound gourmet, but they are so simple to prepare. Harissa is a fragrant North African spice blend with a beautiful brick red color.
Combine the marinade ingredients in a large bowl. Taste and make any flavor adjustments. Place the chicken in the bowl and coat the marinade onto the chicken. Place in a zip top bag and marinate in the fridge for one hour to overnight.
Make the yogurt sauce. Combine all the ingredient in a bowl and taste to make any adjustments. Cover and place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Pre heat oven to 450 degrees. Remove the chicken from the bag, letting excess marinade drip off. Place the wings on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 40-45 minutes, flipping once half way through baking time. Wings should be golden brown and cooked through.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately with the yogurt sauce on the side.
