Yields1 Serving
 4 ripe bananas
 3 tbsp melted unsalted butter
 1 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp semi sweet chocolate chips
 colored sprinkles
 3 vanilla ice cream
 0.25 cup chocolate sauce
 whipped cream
4 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
 4 maraschino cherries
1

Gently carve into the bottom of each banana so you have a flat edge. Deeply score the tops of the bananas with a sharp knife, to create a pocket. Place each banana on a piece of tin foil. Use enough foil to completely wrap the bananas.

3

Pour the melted butter into the slits. Sprinkle sugar onto each. Next add the chocolate chips (1 tablespoon in each banana)

5

Heat over a medium high grill for 8-10 minutes. Peel the foil back carefully. Spoon some ice cream over the tops, top that with chocolate sauce, whipped cream, sprinkles and a cherry.
