Jekyll & Hyde Cocktails

These libations are super simple to prepare & can be made just before your guests arrive. The contrast of the white Jekyll (hers) and red Hyde (his) will make quite the splashy impact at your gatherings. Showcase them in a dark area with light going through the glasses for extra impact! You can easily switch angel & devil roles with your partner if you wish.

 '--Jekyll Cocktail (the white one)
 4 ounces unsweetened white grapefruit juice
 1.5 ounces Patron Silver tequila
 1 tablespoon agave syrup
 sugared lime wedges & sugared cranberries
Hyde Cocktail (the red one)
 4 ounces cranberry juice
 squeeze of fresh lime juice
 1.5 ounces Patron Reposado
 ice
 sugared cranberries

Pour grapefruit juice & tequila into a champagne flute. Drop in agave syrup (it will sink to the bottom so do not shake or stir) Cut a lime into small wedges. Pat dry the wedges with paper towels. Roll in granulated sugar.

Garnish with sugared limes & a cranberry.

Hyde Cocktail

Put some ice in a champagne flute. Pour in cranberry juice, tequila a splash of lime juice. Top with sugared cranberry skewers & lime wedges.
