This breakfast couldn't be easier to throw together. Chill in the fridge overnight & wake up to the most delicious Swiss inspired breakfast!
2 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 1/2 cups milk (any kind is good, I use 1%)
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1 ripe, mashed banana
1/4 cup slivered, toasted almonds
1/3 cup raisins
2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
splash of pure vanilla extract

Add all ingredients to a large bowl and combine well. Let sit in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to overnight. This recipe has the creamiest texture if you let it sit overnight before serving.
