If you are a lover of Greek food & Mediterranean flavors like I am then you gotta have this sauce on hand!

Yields1 Serving
Prep Time5 mins
1 cup plain, whole milk greek yogurt
1/2 seedless cucumber, finely chopped & pat dry
 1 garlic clove, minced
 1-2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint
  salt & pepper to taste
 top with some smoked paprika
1

Mix all ingredients together, adjust any to taste. Serve chilled.

2

If your yogurt is not super thick straight out of the container, you can strain it yourself. Simply place it in a cheesecloth over a bowl, make sure there is room for the liquid to drip. Place in the fridge for a few hours & your yogurt will be way thicker! Here's a lesson on how to do this
