This super food,leafy green is a favorite for folks who want a lot of nutritional bang for the buck.
8 ounces (1 bunch) Kale, rinsed & dried
1/4 cup Toasted Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Garlic Oil
2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup Toasted Sesame Seeds
Black Pepper
Sea Salt

Pull leafy parts of the kale from the stems. Discard stems or do something creative with them. Toss kale with the rest of the ingredients combing thoroughly. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
