Spooky Mummy Pizzas are a fun (and healthy) way to celebrate at any Halloween themed dinner or party.

 1/2 to 1 pound prepared pizza dough
 tomato sauce
 grated mozzarella cheese (or cheese blend)
 sliced olives

Heat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit with the rack in the middle.

Roll the pizza dough out to 1/4 inch thick on a piece of parchment paper.

Starting 1 inch from the top, slice 1/4 inch slits stopping 1 inch from the bottom. Cut leaving 2 inches uncut seam down the middle.

Place the sauce then cheese down the middle.

Roll and fold the 1/4 inch slices over each other, like the wrappings on a mummy.

Fold the top and bottom over to seal, leaving some room at the top for the sauce to show and the eyes.

Bake for about 20 minutes, or until the crust is cooked through.

Remove from the oven and place the olive eyes into the head.

Serve immediately.
