Banana Layer
 1 frozen banana
 3/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk (from the can)
 juice from 1/2 meyer lemon
Strawberry Layer
 3/4 cup frozen strawberries
 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla coconut milk
 1-3 teaspoons pure maple syrup (or to taste)

Blend the banana layer ingredients in a high powered blender on the smoothie setting. Pour into a large glass. Blend the strawberry ingredients, sweeten to taste and pour over the banana layer.
