Today I am sharing the Telluride Bistro with you…a wonderful restaurant here in Telluride, Colorado. If you are a local or visitor I suggest checking out this hot spot, it serves up amazing Southern Italian style dishes.

How does she do it?
Yep. Can’t complain.
Our evening at the Bistro was filled with sumptuous sips & delightful bites. Lots of ’em.
We were dazzled with brilliant cocktails & wine selections.
Prickly Pear is the star ingredient in this signature cocktail…Pink heaven!
We enjoyed the outdoor views & could snuggle with scarlet blankets if it got cold.
In the winter there is cozy indoor seating…
Lets look at some food!
We enjoyed colorful appetizers (with my favorite smoked salmon!)
I know you guys LOVE risotto…this one captures all the flavors of the Mediterranean.
Filet was prepared perfectly!
Tiramisu for dessert…makes you wanna dive in huh!
