Happy weekend! Hopefully you will enjoy some relaxation, great food & big fun in the next few days.

Today I am sharing the Telluride Bistro with you…a wonderful restaurant here in Telluride, Colorado. If you are a local or visitor I suggest checking out this hot spot, it serves up amazing Southern Italian style dishes.

This post is a photo journey of great food & flavors. For a more in depth review, please visit my post over at Telluride Inside & Out.

I know. You are thinking this gal lives in the stunning Colorado mountains & is surrounded by craaaaaazy good food.

How does she do it?

Our evening at the Bistro was filled with sumptuous sips & delightful bites. Lots of ’em.

We were dazzled with brilliant cocktails & wine selections.

Prickly Pear is the star ingredient in this signature cocktail…Pink heaven!

We enjoyed the outdoor views & could snuggle with scarlet blankets if it got cold.
