Happy Wednesday everyone! Congrats, you made it to the middle of a busy week. Hope you are having a great one. I’m heading back out to Montana on Friday. I’ll be photographing a great pals stunning ranch (can’t wait to share those images with you!)
To get through these action packed fall days we have been enjoying these Whole Grain Pumpkin Muffins that I created for Attune Foods. They are oh so simple to prepare, great for ya & best of all sooooo tasty! Head on over to Attune for the recipe & enjoy!
this are so fall perfect and a great way to enjoy fall flavors!
Wow you are one busy lady these days Marla. I look forward to seeing your shots from Montana, but in the meantime, gazing at this lovely muffin will do;)
Oh good! Glad I can give you some eye candy in the mean time. Hopefully you can try these soon!
Marla, these muffins look completely perfect. I love that they’re made with oat flour! I’ve been testing out some pumpkin muffin recipes lately, but never with oat flour. I love everything about them! Down to the whipped cream on top.
Your muffins look amazing! Going to check out the recipe!
Hi Marla, The muffins look delicious! I am planning to try them this weekend. The only problem is, I’m having a hard time finding Uncle Sam Rye & Hemp Cereal. Can you suggest a substitution? Thank you!
Can you find regular Uncle Sam cereal? That will be perfect. If not perhaps another whole grain, unsweetened cereal.
These look amazing! Is there anything you’d use in place of maple syrup?
How about honey?
Muffins look fantastic, Marla! Love that they are whole grain, too!
I am obsessed with your food photography. I’m sure I would be obsessed with these muffins too but I suck at baking. 🙁
Ha! Thanks Kathy ~ give these muffins a go ~ I am certain you will get ’em right!
What a fun treat for breakfast Marla – love using oat flour and fun idea with cereal as an ingredient.
Thanks Jeanette! yes, I love oat flour & have been using it in all my baking lately 🙂
Beauties, a perfect fall breakfast!
These muffins are so perfect. Your photos put me in the fall mood 🙂
