    1. More meals for 2, I am still figuring out how to cook for 2, was cooking for 6 and you would think it would be easy to figure it out but I am learning all over again, so more meals for 2 would help out alot, thanks.

  1. More mini-meals. My husband used to take leftovers for his work lunch. But as the kids are now all teens/tweens, leftovers seem to be rarer and rarer. Quick mini-meals are awesome.

  2. I would love an Amazon gift card, I have my eye on this OMEGA slow juicer for my black friday purchase so that I can start the New Year off on the healthy foot!

  3. I love seeing all your recipes! I’m currently trying to find recipes that work with gestational diabetes and a family with 4 active boys! 🙂

  4. Definitely Chinese type meals. Beef and Broccoli, Szechuan Chicken, things like that. My wife and I have tried various recipes for these and we are always looking for that one that just wows with flavor.

  5. Would love to see International recipes like chinese, indonesian, indian, caribbean, etc. Maybe a odd wish, but I love cooking/baking different things.

  6. I would love to see more tapas style meals/mini meals. We shop at Costco A lot and there is just two of us. We love the deals we get, perhaps you could do a book on how to maximize large purchases like that?

  7. Tasty recipes that your family love and ask for often. I need good recipes for my family. Thanks for the opportunity to enter.

  8. I’d love to see easy & healthy to prepare meals for two. After working all day the last thing we want to do is spend an hour plus cooking.

  9. Meals from what you have on hand… and tips on what to keep on hand. And weekly menus to help busy families cook once and eat twice or use leftovers!

  10. I’d like to say I’d spend this on a Kindle for myself, but it would more likely be spent our organic staples like coconut oil and creamed coconut.

  11. Meals that are yummy yet affordable whilst still being healthy, meals for picky eaters (I have a toddler), a few special treats for special occasions and ofcourse desserts. 😀

  12. I would like to see more lactose free recipes.
My daughter is 8 and is lactose intolerant.
It’s hard to find things she will and can eat.

  13. I always love your healthy dessert and small bits recipes. I would love to see your cookbook with that theme. 🙂 Thanks for hosting this fun giveaway. It’ll be perfect for the Holiday shopping. I look forward to seeing and having your cookbook in my kitchen soon.

  14. Maybe some more soup and salad recipes for the fall/winter. Plus having a variety of recipes that are both Gluten and Dairy free would be great. I can’t have either of those and it’s very frustrating and difficult to find things to eat that doesn’t include one or the other of those things. Keep up the good work, I love your cookbooks!

  15. I would love to see easy, healthy weeknight meals.

  16. I love recipes that are grain free and processed sugar free. I also love quick dinner recipes like crock pot recipes.

  17. I’d love to see your desserts…how you bake things but stay true to your no/low sugar, and your usual GF recipes, but still get a wide variety of things turn out, work out, and taste fabulous. Low sugar AND gf baking are both tricky and I know that’s all you do – so my hat is off to you!

  18. I would love to see healthy protein based meals with healthy carbs for families! Not overly complicated expensive ingredients~ 🙂

  19. Quick meals and make ahead things. Maybe a crockpot recipe or two. Weeknight dinners are the toughest for my family.

  20. I love your blog! I don’t think Ive seen one recipe or idea that didn’t inspire me! Thanks for doing what you’re doing! :):)

  21. Meals for one or two.

    Meals for a gathering.

Meals made out of leftovers or meals made out of pantry and staple items….

To name a few. I’m sure your book would be a success.

  22. That is a tough question because I love so many kinds of foods! So, I think I’d like to see a cookbook of YOUR favorite foods! Stuff that you love to make and eat 🙂 Anything you’re passionate about 🙂

  23. I’d like a nice cookbook full of appetizers that spark conversation. I don’t think that would be a difficult feat for you!

  24. Fast and easy can be put together with what is n the kitchen do not have to make a special trip to a spcial store for the tiems.

  25. I agree with the cooking for 2. And the hubby doesn’t like left overs, so … it’s hard to cook less when I’m used to cooking more.
I cooked for the Senior Center for 10 years. After cooking for 30 -50, 2 is hard!
    Also a wild game cookbook!

  26. i’m interested in things like soups and casseroles that can be loaded with vegetables–even of older recipes didn’t have many–or any–veggies.

  27. I’d like to see a section on pizza. I’m always curious to see others’ take on my favorite meal. Even though I grew up with delivered pepperoni pizza I make my own from scratch and never roll with the “American favorite”. Spinach is one of my favorite toppings and I go naked (without red sauce) at least half of the time. Well, I’ll stop rambling, thanks for the giveaway!

  28. I’d love to see you include recipes that are healthy yet delicious, inspiring yet relatively easy to prepare. Quick and tasty breakfasts, weeknight meals, one-pot main dishes, etc. That’s a tall order! 🙂

  29. I am interested in recipes where meat is not the star attraction. Recipes featuring whole grains, meat as a flavoring not a filler, fruits and vegetables, affordable; using local and seasonal ingredients, meals I can change to serve two, four, or more, glorious pictures, real recipes I can use.

  30. I just found your blog … and loving it 🙂 I got a terrible Sweet Tooth so I would love to see some healthy ,low calorie Pies,Desserts,Cakes …

  31. healthy Good tasting deserts without added sugar or chemical replacemtn like splenda. using maple syrup or fruit juices

  32. I would like to see more side dishes please. There are always plenty of wonderful mains but side really good side dishes are harder to come by.

  33. It would be great to learn how to make better homemade biscuits and dumplings. I’m also struggling with pie crusts although at one time I had them perfected. I don’t know if I need to buy and old cookbook I used to own or just get more practice time in. If you could show instructions for any of these in your cookbook, I’d buy it :). I’d probably even stand in line on a cold day lol.
    Thanks

  34. I think party recipes and childrens would be fantastic! My children love to cook with me and I look for recipes on Pinterest that are easy and they can do by themselves. I even saw on Pinterest, a site for nothing but the little easy bake oven recipes! Tell me that isnt fun!

  35. I would like to see some dairy free desserts. We are a family full of dairy allergy and I would love to have a recipe for some sweets that actually taste great and dairy free!

  36. I’d like to see simple, nutritiously “rounded” meals for families such as quinoa salads with a protein and veggie/fruit/nut additions.

  37. Breakfast Recipes! I love eating “breakfast foods” at any time of the day. Scrambles, quiches, bakes, etc. I’d love to learn how to make more and make them healthy

  38. I would love to see salads. I have a craving for them these days, especially with pomegranate and avocado.
Desserts also always have a favorite place in my heart 😉

  39. I’d like to see recipes using fresh ingredients and geared towards the different seasons and areas of the country

  40. I love easy, one pot or one dish meals that have short preparation times (less than 1/2 hour), contain all of the food groups and taste good, without too much salt.

  41. Recipes that don’t include an ingredient that is a store bought brand item ‘such as oreo’ but rather real ingredients.
