This creamy peppermint cocktail is delicious after a day on the slopes! It's named after one of my favorite ski runs in Telluride, Colorado.
3 ounces half & half
1.5 ounces Patron Silver
1 ounce peppermint schnapps (such as Rumplemintz)
2 teaspoons simple syrup
ice
peppermint stick dust
mini candy canes

Fill a cocktail shaker with some ice. Add all of the ingredients & shake well. Pour through a strainer. Top with crushed peppermint stick dust & a mini candy cane.
