I love the weekends for so many reasons, one of my favorites being the extra time I can enjoy in the kitchen. My son had a request for cinnamon rolls, so I decided to make them extra special with these Cast Iron Skillet Funfetti Cinnamon Rolls. The sprinkles make this breakfast treat so much more fun and colorful. I frosted them with homemade cream cheese frosting, which was the ultimate topper. Don’t let these rolls intimidate you, the dough is simple to throw together and tastes so much better than anything you could ever get in a package.
