Remember my recipe for Vegan Pumpkin Whipped Cream? A lot of you have tried it and agree that it is completely irresistible! Now we all swoon for it, right?
Pumpkin Whipped Cream is great in skinny pumpkin spice lattes, eaten by the spoonful and amazing as a frosting for cakes and cupcakes.
Like these…
Here’s that pumpkin whipped cream…
Make sure you pipe it high onto your cupcakes. A little orange cloud of pure bliss.
You can be spooky and add some spiders if you wish.
If you look closely you may see that these cupcakes have a sort of cheese cake texture. Not a traditional crumb. A hybrid of a crumb and pudding.
They crumble, but they melt in your mouth at the same time.
A texture certainly not to shy away from…
I hope you love the chocolate + pumpkin combo as much as I do.
I patiently wait all year for this time to arrive and when it does, these flavors are all I think about. Here are a few recipes I have posted over the last few years with this dynamic duo of flavors…

These cupcakes look fabulous, Marla. I really do need to make your pumpkin whipped cream! Yum!
What a FAB cupcake!
These are beautiful Marla- I bet that the pumpkin makes these so moist!
It really does Heather. The coconut milk & coconut flour always have that nice moist texture too!
These are so lovely!
Love these – makes me feel v spooky!
These look divine!
The cupcakes look great but your pumpkin whipped cream gets me every time! I love that it’s solid enough to actually pipe it! That’s amazing it gets that stiff! I want it!
I know it Averie, it really is such a diverse cream. Great for fillings, frosting, piping. That said, people need to experiment with different brands of coconut milk ~ some are denser than others. It pipes best after it has cooled a bit in the fridge.
Pretty cupcakes! I have a feeling your pumpkin cream is over-the-top delicious.. I made a pun, I think 🙂
Oh yum! I love the combination of coconut and almond flours in baked things! This sounds incredible.
