I’ve being doing lots of baking in preparation for Easter. My kids love to help & we’ve been keeping really busy with all kinds of fun projects.

All you need to make these cookies extra festive are pastel colored M&M’s & adorable PEEPS®. I used store bought decorators icing to stick the marshmallows on the tops of each cookie.
As far as the best Chocolate Chip Cookies recipes go, my favorites include these: NYT Cooking, Martha Stewart, Host the Toast and a few at Food Network.
For these cookies I adapted the recipe from The Best Chewy Café-Style Chocolate Chip Cookies from Host the Toast.
