Chocolate & Coconut Granola Bites

You know soft & chewy granola bars? These are like those…but rolled into cute little balls! Easy to prepare & eat no matter what you have going on…   Don’t you just love simple, no-bake recipes like this? Perfect for on the go, out the door snacks. Or for breakfast. I’m in NYC now for a The Better Show segment that we are taping tomorrow & these are gonna take center stage. Ali at Gimme Some Oven and some others inspired me to make these…   No-Bake Chocolate & Coconut Granola Bites | Kids lunchbox favorite! ( @MarlaMeridith )   I took a batch of these to NY for the show demo. And I took some for my long drive to the airport & time in the plane. They kept a smile on my face while I devoured fashion & food magazines. And while I dreamed about home… (yes, I miss my home even when I’m gone for just a few hours) This is a super quick trip, only 24 hours in the Big Apple. Then back to my heaven. By the way, I’m so in love with the 2 books on that chair. Both all about Telluride, the peaks & the outlaw spirit of our town.   Two of my favorite books about my home town | Telluride, Colorado. ( @MarlaMeridith )   It’s been so sunny & warm out home, I only need a flannel during the day. It’s gorgeous to sit on my deck at aprés & watch the spring breakers soaking up our sunshine & mountain life.   No-Bake Chocolate & Coconut Granola Bites | Kids lunchbox favorite! They take just a few minutes of your time & taste way better than anything you purchase at the store.   No-Bake Chocolate & Coconut Granola Bites | Kids lunchbox favorite! 1. These look absolutely perfect! After going wayyyy too long without making energy bites, I got back into the habit a month or so ago and I need to try these out! They look like they’re the perfect balance of healthy, chocolaty, chewy and satisfying!

  2. These look delicious! But exactly how much honey is used, it says ? Cup of honey in the list of ingredients.

  3. Hi Marla. Can you please tell me how many calories each ball is. I make them all the time and everyone loves them. But we aren’t sure how many calories. Thank you.
